Ziad El Ahmadie
Biography
Ziad El Ahmadie is a Oud player and composer who started his career during his study at Lebanese American University majoring in Communication Arts.
He composed, arranged and published 3 albums: “Bilbal" in 2003, "Beyond Traditions" in 2006 and "Silent Wave" in 2009.
Ziad participated in Al Bustan Festival, Beitiddine International Festival, Byblos International Festival and many others.
Co-composed and performed 2 operas with Robert Clerc (Switzerland) (2004-2008).
Composed and performed “Beytna” and “Minaret” choreographed and directed by Omar Rajeh (Lebanon). (Touring since 2015)
Ziad composed soundtracks for 16 TV series, 8 films, and 10 documentaries (2000 till present).
He collaborated with “Metro Al Madina” as arranger, performer and composer since 2013 in “Hishik Bishik Show”, “Bar Farouk” and “The Political Circus”.
Beside his musical career, he works as coordinator and instructor for music courses in Lebanese International University (2013 till present)
